We’re taking on the Big Give Christmas Challenge 2025 – and we want you to get involved!
From 2 December – 9 December, we’re teaming up with Big Give to double all of our fundraising. Yes, that’s right — every donation you make to The Access Project’s Christmas campaign will be matched by our partners*, meaning every penny you give goes twice as far.

Support The Access Project’s Christmas Challenge
The Access Project helps young people achieve their academic potential and place at top universities. Students on our programme come from the most vulnerable and under-resourced backgrounds. Many of our students face financial uncertainty, qualify for free school meals and Pupil Premium.
Our programme helps young people by supporting their GCSE and A level studies and guiding them to place at top universities. This quadruples their chances of achieving social mobility.
Meet our students
When he was a child, Ras.I and his mum were left homeless in inner-city London. Facing extreme poverty, his family relied on food banks and he went to school with holes in his shoes.
Ras.I joined The Access Project when he was 15 years old. Our team helped him grow his aspirations and find a pathway to a brighter future. Now, he’s studying at the University of Oxford and has ambitions to become Prime Minister.

When is the Big Give Christmas Challenge?
The Big Give Christmas Challenge launches at 12pm on 2 December and ends at 12pm on 9 December. All donations made to the campaign during this time will be doubled by our match-funders.
How can I get involved?
- Donate to our appeal to support under-resourced young people across the UK
*Donations matched up to campaign goal of £2,250, totalling £4,500 with contributions from match funders. Any donations made after the campaign goal has been reached will not be doubled. Donations must be made to the Big Give Christmas Challenge campaign page in order to qualify for match funding.
