New partnership announced with Kaizen Reporting

The Access Project today announced a new partnership with Kaizen Reporting, a leading provider of regulatory compliance solutions for global financial institutions, to launch an employee volunteering programme focused on coaching young people from under-resourced backgrounds.
The partnership will provide Kaizen employees with opportunities to volunteer as skills coaches, supporting students to build confidence, develop key skills and improve access to higher education opportunities. The initiative aims to enhance social mobility and education outcomes for under-resourced young people within their partner schools and communities, while also supporting employee wellbeing and engagement through meaningful volunteering activities.
The programme builds on Kaizen’s ongoing commitment to support early careers, skills development and job creation for young people, building on the company’s previous, successful apprenticeship programme in data and technology. Through the partnership, Kaizen Reporting and The Access Project will work together to create long-term positive impact for our partner schools, the communities they serve and employees supported by volunteering and fundraising initiatives.
Claire Denny, Director of Sustainability for Kaizen Reporting, said: “We are proud to partner with The Access Project to support young people through skills coaching and volunteering opportunities. This partnership reflects our commitment to creating positive social impact while also giving our employees meaningful ways to support the young people in the communities around us and across the UK.”
Anna Searle, CEO of The Access Project, said: “Every year, we meet young people who are talented, ambitious, and keen to succeed in education and beyond but who lack access to the critical resources and guidance they need. Partnering with Kaizen means that we can offer support to even more young people from under-resourced backgrounds and set them up for future success. We are grateful to Kaizen for supporting us on our mission so that our students can raise their aspirations and achieve social mobility.”
